Rooms are not maintained very well. The bathroom door can barely open and close. Toilet cover was broken and literally when you flushed the toilet, it will cut your finger. Loud noises in the middle of the night of people coming and going screaming etc.

Excellent time while at the property. Host was friendly and took care of our needs. Only complaint would be that the pool had alot of bees in it and i got stung.

Room not dirty but some areas were lacking. Coffee maker and supplies were in the bathroom next to the toilet. Unsanitary.

Dead rat in room
After my first night I returned to my room only to find a dead rat in the middle of the floor. I informed the front desk and was told that they could only move me to a handicap room which I was not comfortable with. Once I moved to the room I realized that nothing else was offered for my inconvenience. When I went back to the front desk I was told that the manager was eating his lunch and I would have to wait until he was done. I was furious! 10 minutes later the manager called my room to ask how can he help me. I ask what was he going to do for my inconvenience? He replied "I moved you to another room, do you not want to pay?" I told him that I should receive some sort of compensation. He went on to tell me that everyone deserves to have a lunch and that he moved me to another room. This was very disappointing, especially after I had been moving furniture all day after driving from AZ the day before. This could have been handled better. I do not think that should pay for the 2nd night. I will stay at this hotel every again.

Room was dated, wall a/c va central and smelled of mildew, 3 channels on TV only, continental breakfast was bagels and 1 kind of muffin only. Location is good, close to many shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable too.
