This is just an old hotel that really needs some constant care. The owners that i guess live there are very kind but the hotel room was not pleasant. The bathroom was newish looking but still well under standard rooms

I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. When i first arrived the woman at the desk was nice however i was a little bothered about scanning a QRF code to rate my experience. As i got my key and headed toward my room and open the door that was dead roaches of two in the door way and had to kick it to the side before my spouse seen it. I was too tired to look for another room and with a quick diverson of telling my spouse that i forgot something in the car and for her to get what i needed i picked up rhe bugs and flushed them in the toilet. You get what you pay for and i wish i wouod have paid more for comfort and something more cleaner than this P.O.S. The owners of this hotel clearly have different cleaning standards from wherever they are from. Mold in the shower was the second thing i noticed after flushing the roaches. I also looked underneathe the bed sheets that was layered to discover the awful mattress and didn't report that to the spouse. Overall this hotel needs to be removed from ******* until a thourough inspection.

No one spoke English after hours or when we requested clean linens, In second room , they was Brown stained sheets , towels , facecloths. Refrigerator froze all food and drink, we had to clean up the mess ourselves , we lost food, reported , not sure it was understood and consequently not replaced during our stay. In first room , 2 of three lights not able to turn on.Turn on switch embedded into place.Came into our room when we requested that they don’t, eventually got a “snooze” hanger for the door , only had the spectrum guide to view, remote had taped batteries in the compartment, but this room was changed out for us for the second room. The door to the pool area by our room was propped open at night when we returned and was still propped open on the morning we left. A security breach? windows and rugs were not clean. Also, no help or consideration for 2 elderly women who were struggling with the luggage cart. I accidentally put the wrong exit date on the reservation, but they still charged me for it. Ebony was
friendly and accommodating. We usually didn’t get to talk with her because the front desk was not staffed.
There was no way to alert them we were there. If we called the desk , she was the one who would answer. Breakfast was awful. Coffee in a community carafe, donuts in the box they were purchased in, styrofoam cups. We never ate there.
Ebony and the location to stores & restaurants were the only positive things about this hotel.

The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, a big scratch on the table, the microwave needed to be changed out. May be for others. Just wasn’t for me. Ended up paying $30 more for a cleaner place not too far away.

I chose this hotel because of it's location, and the fact that it was relatively inexpensive. The choices of restaurants/ shops in the area was necessary due to pulling a trailer.
The front of the house staff was very polite.
The building itself is quite old, and evidently the maintenance/ housekeeping staffs aren't up to the task. Carpets were threadbare, walls/ceilings showed obvious age-related repairs that were needed. The large/uneven gaps around the room door were another example of that.
My room had a glass shower door that had broken, and was merely replaced by a shower curtain (hung too high) so that the water soaked the floor. Broken glass fell when my hand hit the top rail leaving a pile on the floor. Obvious signs that the shower shelves had been removed without removing the caulk as well. Mold was also very evident along the base. (Glass issue was addressed). The smell of bleach was way too strong throughout the bed linens for my comfort also.
All in all, I got my room in the area that I needed, but I would never stop there again if my wife was with me.

Smells heavy of Mold & Filthy
The 3 front desk clerks I spoke with were all very nice. When I went to check in, I was instantly greeted 1st by the gagging odor of mold. It’s worse in the lobby area and down the hall. They recommended we park by the side doors by the pool for convenience to unload our car. That area had 3 plastic chairs all askew, cigarette butts all over the place & an overflowing trash can, filthy. The door was propped open with a rug & a guy was out there smoking **** in only his boxer shorts later that night. Our room smelled okay mold-wise but not 100%. When you turned on the AC it smelled moldy. The “non-smoking” room we paid for either used to be a smoking room, or someone just smoked in it anyway, or the slight scent of cigarettes was just radiating from another room somewhere. We walked past the open door to their laundry room so they don’t pay the pros to clean their linens. The beds had stains on the sheets, a greasy looking handprint on the headboard, dust & hair behind the bed on the top of box spring under the mattress. The first night we stayed there, we left the room before 10am, saw housekeeping in the hall, but returned to our room only to find it was never refreshed. They originally only gave us 2 towels & 1 roll of TP to start with for a family of 4 so we had to ask for more. The 2nd night there were 2 empty 40 oz bottles of beer & a fast food bag on the ground in the parking lot and we found an open can of dog food just sitting by a pool chair, but “no dogs allowed”.

Room not as Advertised
Room is not as advertised. Wanted a seperate room and pictures and description said it had a seperate room as the bedroom. This is not true, it is a standard room with 2 beds studio style.
