This place has gone downhill. Dirty room, very difficult to keep flies out even with door closed. Key card would randomly stop working or take 3-4 tries to open my room door. Too many sketchy people hanging around and in their cars. I was constantly on alert to make sure my car wouldn’t get broken into. Homeless digging around in the dumpster, I encountered one when I went out to throw away some trash. Other patrons smoking next to rooms and being loud. Got woken up early one morning to someone reving their car and doing donuts in the parking lot. One night I saw several police vehicles in the lot doing some kind of investigation and had the drive way blocked making it hard to squeeze by all the units on scene.
The vending machines would occasionally malfunction and not dispense products resulting in paying double the price for a single product. This happened 3 times. The laundry machines are constantly down due to the payment system they use “One Tap Away app” is very glitchy. I’d put soap into the washer and then it would not start resulting in wasted soap and switching to working machine. On one occasion I could not get the dryers to start resulting in wet clothes. All the staff would say is “it’s not their system and they are not allowed to touch it” then give a number to call which is not helpful at all.
I stayed here for almost 3 weeks while waiting for my apartment to be vacated and made ready for move in. I actually left a couple days early and slept at work.

We had a serious issue, like being locked out of our paid for room by the agent on duty for alleged non payment. The GM handled it the next day with full satisfaction. We Will absolutely be returning.

We were locked out of our room the day before check out. The flakey girl that took our money didn't check to see we were paid up and paid another week a day early they locked our belongings up, wouldn't look at all the paid iteneraries and just said management isn't in to handle it. Literally left us homeless just after my husband has a stroke and barely got out of a week long hospital stays. I've never had anything like this happen considering my husband meds and insulin are still in the room they allowed him to grab a bag of meds but he just had a stroke and didn't get anything we needed. We now have to find money to repay for an already paid day. Be careful, keep receipts

Flies coming out of sewer drain, homeless walking through and surrounding property, “live-in” tenants like to check your vehicle doors to see if you left it unlocked (I was in my Jeep and they didn’t expect me to be inside it! NICE!), AND the clincher…THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY CLEAN THE ROOM!!!! I had to return to the property two days after my check-out because I left items behind. These said items where not in any lost and found so they explained to me that they don’t clean every room because of staffing and a broken elevator (can’t get the cleaning carts to the lower level apparently) so I said my items should still be in the room then. They walk me down to the room, open it, and there are my items on the table; HOWEVER, the TV is on and there’s a rack of emptied Keystones on the night stand. At least my property was still in there BUT THEY DIDN’T CLEAN IT AFTER MY CHECKOUT AND RENTED IT OUT TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!! Absolutely repulsed and this property shouldn’t even be in Travelocity’s directory!!!!! Not happy at all!!!!
