办理入住时工作人员态度很差。房间里有异味。淋浴间有黑色霉菌。淋浴门缺少把手。晚上 10-11 点,我隔壁的房间有施工(油漆)噪音。总体来说,非常令人失望。
由于当地另一家酒店正在施工,我离开了那里,之后住在这里。我联系了这家酒店,他们帮我办理了提早入住手续,这样我就可以离开我目前住的酒店了。一定会再来住的!
在代顿过夜
和家人一起过夜。泳池很干净,但没有毛巾。房间很干净,但很冷。我们最终让壁柜正常工作。早餐和预期的一样,但没有人在场确保咖啡壶已重新装满或桌子已清洁。
从入住到退房,工作人员都很有礼貌,乐于助人。我们到达时正值冬季天气预警,第二天早上泰勒就帮我把车挖了出来。非常感谢你们的付出。
