Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Broken furniture, entry door warped and looks as if someone attempted to kick it in at one time. Overall cleanliness was poor. Filthy floors, dirty toilet and clogged bathroom sink drain.

Clean. Smelled a bit in hallway. Sufficed and nice enough for the price. They did not have any double beds left so they gave us two hotel rooms next to each other for the price of one.

FILTHY room. I am embarrassed for the housekeeper. There were literal boogers on the mattress which were obvious under the fitted sheet. The floor was audibly sticky and stained. It has also not even been swept. The sink had a red film in it that I wiped off with a Lysol wipe. I had to wipe clean the table and countertops, also. I saw no bugs, but *evidence* of mice or rats on the counter top beside the stovetop. Very slow elevator. The man at the front desk was VERY friendly and kind when we checked in. This was a last minute need for a room and we were there during two separate conventions so there were not other places we could go or we would have left. It was, after all, only one night.

I would barely classify it as a breakfast. Dirty room, paper thin pillows, and no extra pillows to spare. TV remote was gross and carpet was stained.

入住手续很简单,他们给我们安排的第一个房间地板湿透了,还用工业风扇吹干,所以他们给我们换了另一个房间。我们办理完入住后就去隔壁吃饭,回到房间后发现床边的地板也湿透了。于是我决定去看看床,结果发现床沿上全是婴儿粪便,恶心极了。我去了前台,他们态度非常友好,说很抱歉我不知道有水,然后我给前台女士看了床的照片,她看起来好像没什么大不了的。千万别住这里,你会后悔的。
我不像Karen那样喜欢住,也不想写差评。我理解很多事情,但这次实在让人无法接受。
托莱多-荷兰长住美国酒店是我住过的最恶心的酒店。从大堂到电梯再到房间,一股刺鼻的恶臭扑鼻而来,难以辨认。一进房间,地板上、床上用品上、家具上都沾满了污渍,我甚至不敢想象床头柜上的电话(见图)究竟是怎么回事。我向前台要求换个房间,他们很抱歉地答应了。不出所料,房间状况也好不到哪里去。我们只住了一会儿,直到我找到并预订了另一家酒店。要是能把在这家破烂酒店预订两晚的费用收回就好了。无论如何,别来这家酒店。
