The room was clean, the front desk person was cheerful and accommodating for an early checkin. The toiletbole had the water too high. If a male sat down on the toilet, he would get wet. The breakfast was austere, but satisfying.

I literally walked in and walked out the room had bugs and I couldn’t have my kids in that condition they wouldn’t give me a refund for the whole stay that I had paid they charged me for ONE night I had booked 4 days and they charged it for me one night.
Which I feel like I should have to pay any days if I didn’t stay there and there was roaches and toilet was dirty that’s why I didn’t stay so shouldn’t be charged for a night if room was dirty that was on them for not making sure bathroom was cleaned.

It's convenient and close to major highways and old downtown McKinney. It's not fancy or smancy, but it's half the price of all the other overpriced ones. For the price, it's great and you get all you really need.
