They did not have a clean room, and had no laundry staff, was given sheets to put on bed myself that had stains on them. When I first got there they said I must have wasted my money because they didn’t have an available room, even though I had it reserved, and had paid upfront.

Urine left in broken toilet causing room to reek. Was accommodated and moved to a suite, however the tv didn’t work and while talking shower your standing in dirty water.

The lobby was very nice and you could tell it had been redone. Our room itself was very nice and the bed was comfortable. But, the hotel is showing its age in other areas. Dirty carpet and tile, scuffed walls. Our bathroom had no towels, looked very outdated, had a tile that had fallen off the wall and the toilet paper holder was broken. For what we paid for it, it was acceptable. A clean room with a comfortable bed, but definitely needs some updating.

The top blanket on the bed had stains, the mini sofa was completely worn out with sagging cushions & stains, tiles were broken in shower area & toilet paper holder was broken

The carpets in the hallways and elevators needed attention badly !!!! I was there 3nights and my room was never cleaned. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good but not much variety.

My room was musty smelling like maybe it had been smoked in . Bathroom was dirty the whole room needed a deep clean. I stay at alot of hotels so nice some budget. I would call this a budget class place but was almost on the verge of not staying it was so bad. There is a difference between cheap and just plan dirty. Management is to blame was surprisred this was a Ramada Inn someone needs to step ip their game.
