For the price you can't beat it. My only complaint was the fan in the bathroom was sometimes loud. Other than that , I recommend it

Paget is an unscrupulous “businessman” that outright lied and misrepresented policies purportedly imposed by third-party platforms (in this case *******) that he, in fact, imposed. The breakfast was inedible and common areas unkempt and disgusting.
I cannot encourage travelers enough to consider other lodging options.

Dirty place to stay
This hotel is incredibly dirty. The first room I was offered smelled of mildew. The 2nd smelled of pot. I stayed in the 3rd, but it, too, had a bad smell. The bathroom was very dirty. Urine stains around the toilet. Morning coffee was yuck. Staff is pleasant, but I think they realize that the hotel is gross.

Third time’s the charm — except all three times were charming! This place is so clean, I’d eat off the floor (but I won’t... probably). The room always smells like fresh linen and good life choices. It’s so quiet you can hear your own thoughts — unless your kids came with, then good luck. The staff is so friendly I half expected them to tuck me in and read a bedtime story. 10/10, would awkwardly wave goodbye at checkout again. See you next time!

The breakfast was awful.
Breakfast needs more options, fresher options that feel safe to eat. And juice machine was not working correctly.
Lobby computer out of order. Rooms a little outdated. Keycard entry points only worked 1/2 the time.
With that being said, we still really enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

The room was nice and clean. The area was quiet. The staff was pleasant. The dining area was clean and inviting, which was important to my husband who has to have his morning coffee! I will return next time I visit my family!

Great place to stay!
We stay here every time we are in town for a horse show. Convenient location for us. Clean room, check-in staff was very friendly and helpful.

House keeping does not do more than empty garbage and change out towels

Also upon review you stayed at hotel for 12 days and during the stay since stayover we normally dont do full service unless requested by guest and housekeeping policy is listed in room. But my review shows, we still do the linen change as per franchise and hotel policy every 2-3 days. Also some guest put DO not disturb sign, this also limit our housekeeping staff. But rest assured will do better job and will have meeting in this reference. again apologies for the issue we will address it
