Access in and out from room to lobby wasnt ideal. Parking area is a little too dark at night. I didnt feel unsafe, but it definitely could be, due to the lack of public sight. Definitely needs lighting. Everything was clean'ish, but I did notice lots of dusty things (window sills, bathroom shelves, very dirty hallway windows). The property itself is very nice along the river, bed was comfortable. But it does drive me nuts to have 3 small pillows on king size beds, although it seems to be a common theme amongst many places.

Don't waste your money if a friendly staff, low noise (even on the 4th floor), and river view (as advertised in the listing online) is what you are expecting, because you will not find them here! Do yourself a favor and go to Sleepy Bear Inn in Gatlinburg and you will have all of that and more!

We had a very large room with all the necessities and it had a balcony overlooking the river. Plus a comfortable bed! Will definitely stay again.

Check in was a bit rough. The lady at the front desk was not real helpful. She handed me my key cards and that was it. I asked for directions. She told me what directions elevators were in. She had also said make sure you get the right elevator. Ok my issue was that she could of said look at room number and elevator numbers. Elevator I needed was like right up front. Frustrated to say the least not knowing where they were actually located.
Beside the one person all else very friendly and helpful...
Very clean and a nice views out back.
Diffently would stay their again.

Property has a patio area with chairs down by the river with wildlife viewing. We saw several breeds of ducks in the river and also lots of geese. We saw a couple of raccoons also. It was a very nice hotel stay with great relaxation and views of the river. Great stay for our children as well! Beds were comfortable and we slept well.

This place looks better in person than in the photos. Very clean. The room was comfy. bed had 5 pillows. The indoor heated pool was clean and very relaxing. Towels were provided pool side.

Air filter in AC was filthy. Vent in bathroom was full off dust and dirt. The carpet in our room made our feet black. Spiders in room and all over balcony. When using microwave, the tv was disrupted. The fridge took 5 hours to even get cool. Dirty diapers in hallway garbage for 2 days. 2 staff members at front desk were very rude when checking in, checking out and when we asked for more towels and toilet paper 2 days into our trip. Sink in bathroom was clogged. Stains on sheets of bed. Outside pool was along the highway. Was never told how to get out to pool. Asked to use a cart and staff member replied, they are over there and make sure you bring it back.

早餐很普通，选择不多。
小镇本身有很多景点，尤其适合孩子们，有很多活动，还有美味的食物和饮料。
