We feel that the resort fee to access the pool and hot tub as well as the other services covered are over priced. We stay at resorts and hotels all over the US and you are the ONlY place that charges for this.

Nice room, comfortable bed. This is an old grand hotel in tip top shape. We often stay in this type of hotel in NH and VT and found the Equinox to be the best maintained of them all. All the architectural class of its age in virtually new condition. Nice, reasonably priced onsite dining. We didn’t use the large indoor pool but it looked first class. Pleasant staff. We hope to return. Recommend “Ok for breakfast”, a 2nd floor breakfast & lunch restaurant downtown.

Everyone was friendly from front desk to restaurant staff and even the staff painting the elevator. Pablo at the front desk and Emma at the Spa especially stood out.

Beautiful property, wonderful views, loved our room, loved the huge indoor heated pool and the outdoor jacuzzi. Bar staff, food and drinks were fantastic at the on site bar/restaurant The Falcon, shout out to Maddie for being awesome. Bummer the steal house was closed the entirety of our stay (Sun-Weds), but what are ya gonna do. Would recommend, and would love to return next autumn.

A beautiful historic hotel. Very nice staff at the bar & tavern. Our corner room had five large double-hung windows. We wish we could have stayed longer. A definite step above the usual branded chains.

早上8点，我被走廊里客房服务人员的叫喊声吵醒。为了避开噪音，我爬了楼梯，结果却在楼梯间听到了更多工作人员的叫喊声。为了重新开始新的一天，我拿了一杯咖啡，走向壁炉休息室，却发现那里散落着剩余的食物、空酒杯和凌乱的枕头——这显然表明这里没有打扫干净，也没有为早上的客人重新布置。
我向前台报告了这些问题，并留了多条信息——一条给前台，两条给经理，一条给Jackie，还有一条通过预订热线。但至今无人跟进。
这家酒店结构精妙，潜力巨大，但遗憾的是，我的住宿体验并不愉快。
我选择这家酒店是因为我儿子周六早上要参加长曲棍球比赛，而我想好好睡一觉，好好休息。可惜，我的愿望落空了。我们住在136房间，整晚门铃声不绝于耳，令人心烦意乱。走廊里还有人大声交谈。结果，我们度过了一个糟糕的夜晚，几乎一夜未眠。
我们早早起床，在酒店吃早餐，早餐是另外付费的。虽然价格不菲，住宿费也不算高，但问题不在于钱，而在于服务。我们等了很久才有一位服务员来点餐。菜终于上桌了，我儿子却决定点我点的煎饼，但比赛开始前我们没时间再点一份。我礼貌地告诉他，要一份额外的煎饼，自己吃一份。
那位女士对他的服务太差了，等他端着餐盘回来的时候（等了很久），我们已经没时间了，只能空手而归。我付出了高昂的代价，竟然连早餐都没吃。我还看到至少两家人因为同样糟糕的服务，没吃东西就离开了早餐区。
这绝对不是我期待的体验。
话虽如此，我想强调的是，房间干净舒适，餐厅的晚餐服务也非常棒。
