华盛顿特区及其周边的酒店价格普遍很高,但住在这家酒店是值得的,它离我的商务会议地点非常近。2024年4月21日(周日)下午4点左右,我抵达酒店办理延迟入住时,前台的那位女士非常乐于助人,并且积极解决问题。在2024年4月25日早上退房时,另一位前台工作人员Danny先生也提供了很多帮助。
这家酒店所有员工的态度都让人摸不着头脑。我通过*******预订了房间,但到达酒店后,他们告诉我目前没有空房。他们让我们等了一个小时,然后给了我们一间有异味的房间,而且没有烤箱或冰箱等设施。他们还搞乱了我的付款流程。*******告诉我他们会收取预订费用,但我入住时,酒店前台又收了钱。我和*******的一位客服人员谈过,他告诉我他的团队会解决这个问题。
除此之外,这家酒店很安静。
