I did online checking but it still took 10 minutes or more at the front desk and I had to pee sooooo bad and she said the bathroom in the office wasn’t working

There is no finer establishment than the Howard Johnson. While other hotels try to mirror its style, this fine old beast of hotel will never be beat. Truly I love the Howard Johnson

Very old building, so a little “rough around the edges.” Staff at the front desk were very friendly.
前台服务人员的态度可以再好一些。酒店房间需要翻新了。浴缸划痕很多，有点破旧。空调机组的声音有点大。
我建议酒店老板可以考虑提供延迟退房服务，即使收取一定费用，顾客们也能接受或觉得合理。我们被前台告知，除了可以延迟30分钟外，不能再延迟退房了，理由是客房清洁人员不足，并且有一个棒球队即将入住。但根据我们看到的停车场停放的车辆数量来看，酒店入住率似乎并没有那么高。
