Their website pictures are pretty but the actual rooms are not at all like they are described. The beds are full size in our reservation we requested a queen bed. We asked about it and they said they had none available.

Parking is horrible. There is a steakhousr in the front, so many spots are taken by restaurant goers. Checking was the good, but the person was very rude when checking out.

Clean and staff was great but literally had a hole through bathroom door that was patched poorly. The shower needs to be replaced, thick gross caulking. Night stand was covered with cigarette burns. Rough looking place. Decent area and lovely staff.

I stayed here for 3 nights for a weekend event and it sufficed but it was a let down when I walked into the room. The photos are very outdated. There were cigarette or pipe of some sort - burns all over the nightstand tables. Burns in the comforter top cover. This was a nonsmoking room. Bed was at least clean.

Just awful, room is crazy small and in a shady neighborhood. Bathroom looks like a war zone and had cockroaches, even the ac unit had a car air freshener to mask the smell. Bed is hard and like sleeping on rocks. Would not recommend it to anyone.

A Bed for a Night, Not Much More
While the restroom was decent (newer fixtures, modern finishes), the entire room was pretty worn. Lots of dings, wear, and large scuffs. The bed was advertised as a queen, but it was narrower than a true queen bed, not a bid deal. The room would not get cool, no matter how long the AC was on for. For the price, it was a fine stay in short notice.

Avoid like the plauge
The place is dirty, lets just begin with that. I think anytime a place calls themselves "Americas Best..." its fair to think its not, cause it never is. The bolt to my door was broken. The bathroom door would get stuck. The carpet felt like it was never cleaned. Parking is impossible if the restaurant sharing the space is open. They charge for ice, and its behind a cage. would avoid unless you have no other option. Not worth it.

The motel room that I was in looked like it had been remodeled, but it was poorly done and falling apart. The comforter had a large burn hole in it, trim was peeling off and hanging off of shelves, when you turned on the air conditioner it smelled foul, fridge was not cold enough, microwave dirty on the inside, etc. It was conveniently located for my needs, but I just can't stay there again. It's gross.
