The door deadbolt engages when you leave the room causing the door to remain ajar all day if you don’t look behind you after leaving. I had to have the front desk staff help me get the door closed twice. It’s a known issue and I saw other doors ajar all day. It was scary to come back to an open door and then frustrating to find out it is a known door defect.

This is a beautiful property near the Columbus Riverwalk. Everything was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was beautiful and the bed was clean and so comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Not really a bistro or top restaurant. Needs work. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Staff was very good. $7.00 a night parking fee when it was just a regular parking lo a no no

Hotel was an excellent stay and value. One star off for bar food—but that is never much of a surprise. Had a great experience overall and would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, rundown hotel

The front desk lady was super nice and organized. The restaurant/bar worker was also extremely friendly. The room and pool were dirty. View from the room was the roof with a rusted propane tank sitting outside on the roof and the window screen busted out laying on the roof next to it. They were also having some problem with the sprinkler system so the hallway was completely soaked. The pool needed a deep cleaning, mold growing in it along the far side and so many bugs/leaves in it. Plus they had only one towel out there. The area is also not the safest for family travel, especially at nighttime on the riverwalk directly behind the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. The pool needs to be maintained more as by the end of the weekend it was cloudy and the bugs in the pool! But overall a great stay!
