The room was fine for a quick one night stay. The area is a little sketchy and it would have been nice to know thay a CASH deposit is required at check in. I was lucky i had the cash.

I had a lot of trouble communicating with the receptionist (very thick accent) . The young man at the desk in the morning was very polite , helpful and efficient. The room was excellent but the sheets and pillow cases were not clean.(I found some hairs on them). Yuck!

Jose and Steve were great for check in and check out. Room was clean and great water pressure! Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Overall quiet, clean, great customer service. We'll be back

It located in a sketchy area. We have seen people hanging out in the lot smoking and in the stairs ways. The lady in the front checking in people seems unfriendly and mad. We stay here for 1 night at the most just rest and be on our way. The beds and pillows seem new and comfortable. It has a mini fridge and microwave. Its ok for a late check in and leave early kinda of stay.

工作人员态度很差，而且只收现金押金！前台办理入住的一对夫妇不得不自己去取现金，结果他们竟然不知道，真是太傻了！
我体验到的酒店客户服务是我住过的最差的。房间勉强干净。床也很糟糕；我都能感觉到床垫里的弹簧。前台工作人员粗鲁无礼。我再也不会住任何一家Econo Lodge酒店了。
