Not kid friendly not disability friendly
Booked as a family friendly hotel, but they were rude and told us we “better be careful” when my son non verbal autistic child was making noise upon arrival even after explaining the situation to the man at the desk. Would NOT recommend for small children or families as the noise is a problem apparently but the people’s dogs next door were all okay. 👍

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and well working appliances.

Sheets were not clean, the front desk brought another sheet, but still! Also, the sink was clogged.
还不错，但是员工服务不行。他们根本听不懂你在说什么。
工作人员态度很差，而且只收现金押金！前台办理入住的一对夫妇不得不自己去取现金，结果他们竟然不知道，真是太傻了！
我体验到的酒店客户服务是我住过的最差的。房间勉强干净。床也很糟糕；我都能感觉到床垫里的弹簧。前台工作人员粗鲁无礼。我再也不会住任何一家Econo Lodge酒店了。
