The place was very clean all around! Very convenient spot for uptown charlotte with a restaurant right across the street! The staff was super nice and helpful! Including the valet service!

Excellent hotel. Spacious room. Delicious snack foods and friendly bartemder. Only reason for 4 star comfort is bed was too soft for me but i prefer a very firm bed.

The best thing for me was the breakfast, very good selection, really liked their french toast which I spread with yogurt, and their eggs and juices. When I asked to make sure my room was not near an ice machine, they gave me a room that was very quiet. I stayed for one night and give it a thumbs up.

The room was spacious, but had a smell . It was an unclean smell. The space to eat breakfast was limited and not very tidy. The seats an counter top that we sat at was very sticky.

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, diner across the street. Didn't like only valet parking and hearing the noisy street all hours of the night.

房间可以再多一些关怀和维护，但总体来说入住体验不错。员工很棒，地理位置也完美。
非常失望，卫生状况太差了，淋浴间里有黑霉。代客泊车被收了两次费，250美元的杂费押金也一直没退。再也不会来了。
