All my room keys kept getting locked smelly was supposed to be nonsmoking cigarettes burned out holes in my linen I worked for them for free there was no orange juice

we didn't like anything about the hotel, the toilet was broken, dirty and the blankets were stained.

We arrived at 6pm 1 room almost ready, 2nd room wasnt ready for another hour. Our Tv didnt have a remote. Got one front desk. It didnt work. Our room was clean. Good job maids, but the condition of the building definitely run down. No shampoo in the shower. We knew this was not a five star hotel, we only needed a good bed and tv to unwind at the end of a long day. We got neither. The noise outside our room at 2 am was unbearable. Breakfast selection was minimal and limited. Coffee pots were empty. Would not recommend. There are 3 hotels within walking distance of this one. I would recommend checking them.

We waited at the front desk, which was unattended, for nearly 10 minutes with phone ringing and no answer. After checking into to our room, noticed the TV was not working. I immediately called the feon desk and was told the maintenance person would come. It took almost two hours before he showed up.

Hotel very old and outdated. Had to ask for housekeeping to clean room. Left 1 towel and had to chase housekeeping person to get additional towels. Found a roach on the bed. Had to have sheets changed upon check in because there were stains all over the sheets.
Cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom. Windows were dirty. I should have checked out the day I checked in. People at the front desk were very nice. I was very surprised of the conditions at this Quality hotel. I have stayed at others that were great.
