I stayed at Comfort Suites Greenville and had one of the most disturbing hotel experiences I have ever encountered. After sleeping through the night, I discovered that the sheets on my bed had dried blood on them. Blood that was clearly not mine. This is an extreme health and safety violation and absolutely unacceptable for any hotel.
When I reported the issue, I expected the property to take responsibility, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, I was met with SILENCE!
A guest should never have to worry about basic cleanliness, let alone sleeping in someone else’s blood. This stay was unsafe, unsanitary, and handled poorly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was great, just like the photo. Secure, clean and lots of room. I’ll be back! All staff we friendly and accommodating. They enjoyed their job!

The beds were absolutely terrible, hard as a rock, dipped on one side in the first room then they moved us. No better. Creaked so loud I thought 1984 was calling to get their beds back. I wish I could say I was joking. Breakfast waskt good and coffee was terrible. The staff were really nice but there wasn't anything they could do for us

The staff was very kind and all had great attitudes. I had to leave very early and didn't get to try the breakfast but it smelled really good!

Clean, comfortable room. Courteous staff. Dining room lady went beyond her job. She was helpful, kept everything stocked and was friendly, dining room very clean.

WiFi ******, couldn’t work from the room because it wouldn’t connect and when it would it was SUPER slow. Bed wasn’t super comfy. Come to Greenville once a week for work and won’t be staying here again.
