The rooms were very neat and clean. The only issue I had was no dish liquid to clean the kitchen, and plus parking fee should be mentioned upon booking, and it should be actual parking lot security since we have to pay. Fee

Room big, all is well. Clean but not perfect clean.I just picky). I dont like smell in hotel, just dont like pafum, but again : i am picky). But ganeraly all well. I am glad i had small kitchen.

I requested full service for my room twice, but unfortunately, neither time did I receive it. Apparently, they only provide towels.
Furthermore, the hotel charges $20 per night for parking in a parking lot that is almost empty.

The Hotel Restaurant was closed. We specifically book hotels with their own restaurants after a long day of travel so we don't have to go back out and eat dinner. The Hotel was dirty everywhere - Hallways, elevators, entry, parking garage etc. Looks like the don't own a vacuum cleaner. The breakfast was subpar. The Scrambled eggs were a giant block of egg and the fruit was brown and very nasty. This hotel doesn't deserve the name "Hyatt" to be associated with it.

The room I stayed in needs some love and attention. The carpet needs to be replaced, and the ceiling was dirty from the ac vent. The door locked but not very securely. There was a gap all around the door, the light from the hall was coming through those gaps. I put a chair with my luggage on it in front of the door to try to make the room a little more secure. The fridge did not cool very well and it had a foul order. Needs to be cleaned.
Pros: The bed was comfortable and linens clean. The shower had good water pressure and the blow dryer worked well. Usually blow dryers in hotel rooms don't work that great but this one was good.

我在这里住过两次。离Galleria购物中心只有几分钟的路程。我喜欢它提供的奢华感和舒适感，但也有一些地方需要改进。微波炉很难操作。没有电视频道指南，我按下信息按钮时，屏幕上一片空白。我问的时候，他们说没有可用的频道。也没有笔记本或笔，我喜欢把事情记下来，尤其是在我研究附近好几个地方的时候。小事很重要。我觉得每晚25美元的停车费太荒谬了，因为大门从不关闭，任何人都可以进来。没有其他地方可以停车，所以别无选择。
