Nice breakfast area with normal American breakfast. For a handicapped person, the ramp was blocked every time by a luggage cart which we had to move and then replace.

The shower in tub didn't have any thing in it to keep from falling/ grabbars nothing. The bathroom doorknob was hanging loosely in hole. Painted tube was peeling. No coffee in lobby or room.

I was given the wrong room and then they took it away from me and they didn't return my deposit for having used it

When we drove up, there was a large group of homeless people at the entrance. We were told the police were called and they would be removed. The lobby was old but OK front staff were friendly enough. We got to our room and the bathroom was not clean. There were hairs in the tub hairs on the floor and hairs in the sink.
