Misleading rates and foolery. A week apparently means 6 days instead of 7. When asking the lady for clarification via phone, she hung up and didn't answer when. Very unprofessional.

I recently stayed at Super 8 and had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The issues began at check-in, where the staff failed to process an approved Uplift loan for payment, leaving me scrambling to find an alternative. The room itself was in unacceptable condition—broken furniture, unstable floors, and poor cleanliness overall. The advertised free WiFi didn’t work at all, and there was a power outage with no communication or support from staff. Housekeeping was nonresponsive, ignoring multiple requests for towels, and when they finally showed up, they left before we could unlock the door and never returned. To make matters worse, when we tried to check out early due to these issues, we were told we’d owe more money because it would negate a discount we’d received. This policy felt punitive and forced us to stay longer than we wanted. The customer service throughout was dismissive and unprofessional, and no resolution was offered for any of these problems. I’ve stayed at other Wyndham properties, like Days Inn, and had much better experiences, but this Super 8 was far below any reasonable standard. I won’t be staying at Super 8 again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

My experience was terrible and quite disastrous. There was no customer service at all. The air conditioning barely worked, and the worst part was the unpleasant odors, including noticeable smells of *****, in the hallways and rooms.

Odd place. Some rooms unoccupied with no mattresses, windows and doors left open during the day for airing out I guess. Suspect flood damage. The price was inexpensive but next time I'm needing a place to stay in the area I'll head to the Comfort Inn instead a short distance east on the same road.

There was no parking when I checked in, so I parked across the parking lot and my car was towed. I am now late for work and cannot locate my car either.

Super affordable! Exceptionally clean! Legendary customer service! Professional and courteous staff. Best Katy area Super 8 hotel. PERIOD!! The owner/manager Jams, made me feel so welcome after such a long drive. The room was spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and warm. The hospitality was the best I’ve experienced in years. The other guests were quiet and respectful. The location and freeway access was super convenient. BEST.EXPERIENCE. EVER!!!
