Room was dirty, vacuuming not thorough. Found gum wrappers and change under bed edge. Windows had huge hand prints and drape hanging. This was a replacement room after we found a “something” on the bottom sheet in the first room. We should have left but it was late at night and no rooms elsewhere available. Breakfast-not really. Check in and Breakfast staff very nice but not much of a selection for breakfast and only available until 9am. Overall horribly over priced for value. Had to be in town for funeral but with hunting season prices are always jacked up. We won’t be repeat customers.

It was a total mess up on my reservation. I reserve my room Friday through Sunday online like a week before. Sunday a staff for me that the room was only Friday through Saturday. Then they wanted to move me to another room if I pay for one more night. I had packed my belongings up and I went to another motel. Over this, I doubt I’ll stay at any quality inn in the future.

As for the TV it is the required size for Quality Inn rooms. We are slowly doing updates, but it takes time when we are so full most of the time. We do hope you try us again in the future.

The place had a lot of Shady characters hanging around the front door. Drinking and smoking. The front desk person didn't speak English very well. Took a couple minutes to get a trashcan liner from her. She finally understood and gave me a 30 gallon outdoor bag for our 8 gallon basket. The knobs on the heater/AC were both broken so I had to use a needle nose pliers to get it to a comfortable temperature on the second niy!!! The shower was great if you enjoy standing in 6 inches of dirty water. The drain took 30 minutes to drain. Hard to believe ******* would give good reviews for this S*** h***. Not only will I not stay here again, but I might be very hesitant to use ******* again!!!! Very disappointed to put it mildly

酒店回复: I am so sorry you did not have a good experience while staying here. Did you mention to anyone about your concerns when you were here so things could be remedied. You were told at check in that housekeeping was by request only. Housekeeping would not have gone in to clean unless you specifically requested it. We would have also be happy to move you to a different room of your liking as well. This is the first I have heard about shady characters out front of the hotel. Did you mention to front desk that they made you uncomfortable? We would have been happy to ask them to move to a different area outside.As for front desk, yes, we do have 2 ladies that Spanish is their native language but all 3 speak fluent English they are just sometimes hard to understand if they speak fast. This is honestly the first complaint I have heard about them. As for the PTAC in your room some of our units are a bit old, but maintenance would have been happy to assist you with it or again we would have been happy to move you to a new room had you requested.We are working hard to do updates, but it is hard to do in a timely manner when we are completely booked every single day.We do hope you try us again down the road after more updates have been completed.

Hotel is in Dior need of renovation. Everything beat up and needs paint job. Hair in sink and tub. Rust on tub drain. Carpet was dirty.

Hopefully by the next time you head this way they will be completed. I would have been better off sleeping in my truck. The room had a wet smell like mildew. Overpriced for the quality of the room. Rate should be 25.00 a night!

We had a heck of a time combating all the humidity this year from all of the rains we had that did give a few rooms a bit of a musty smell. Thankfully the weather has started to turn, and things are drying out. Soon we will be fighting with rooms being too dry. Hopefully next time you are in the area you can stay in one of our rooms that is renovated.Best
