Property is an older hotel that they are doing their best. Staff is friendly. I’ve stayed here twice with no issues. Just expect the things that come with older facilities.

The room smelled like mildew and urine. There were visible stains on the bedspread. There was a crack in the wall of the room where the air conditioner was not sealed to the wall properly and you could see into the parking lot. Flies in the room from this crack.

Check in was fast and easy.
Property was a little dated.
We had a room on the first floor, single queen, and it was so humid the carpet was damp. Had ac down to 66 with no relief. Told front desk about it and she said the was nothing they could do about it, “It’s like that this time of year.” Then said the whole hotel needed new windows. They put a damp-aid in the room to help with the humidity but it was beyond help. It was cooler in the hallways then in our room.

We are slowly working to update our rooms but being completely booked every night is making it hard to do so. I am sorry they were not able to move you to another room.

The rooms stunk - if you have any breathing problems don't stay there. It was musty and stunk like mold and mildew. They had two containers in there of Damp Rid and that still didn't get rid of the humidity. Please needs to be updated. Our tv didn't work - went to the front desk because no one would answer the phone when I called - went down there and she came to fix it and couldn't get it fixed and said you'll have to go without tv tonight because we are full and can't move you. We paid $170 for the room and can't even get a tv. In the morning I told the lade that we wanted some of our money back and she said the Manage has to approve that - she wasn't at the desk and said she'd have her call me - never heard a word from the manager. DON'T STAY THERE - RUDE STAFF AND THEY COULD CARE LESS!

酒店回复: First of all, I apologize for not getting back to you. Yesterday was extremely hectic and by the time I had a chance to call you it was much too late in the evening. Front desk did call me and I told her I would come in and fix the tv for you since she said she was not able to, and she told me that you did not want me to come in. The room you were in does have high humidity in the summer months. Try as we might we try our best to compete with it, and all the rain we have been having is not helping the situation. Unfortunately booking through a third party does not allow me to refund any money. I did however discover that you are also a choice privilege member, and I could award you points for a stay anywhere. Due to the third party booking you are not receiving points as of right now, please reach out and let me know if you would like those points,

The staff were very good. The building is rundown and needs updating. Definitely not worth the cost.

We have started on our updates, but it is very slow going since we are entirely booked all the time. All rooms do have new furniture, bedding and dispensers and all of our public areas do have new lighting. Hopefully by the time you return we will be further along on our updates.Thanks

酒店回复: I am sorry you were not happy with your stay. We have been trying hard to get updates complete but being booked every single day makes it hard to complete. We do however have new furniture in all the rooms along with new bedding and new dispensers and all of the public areas including the hallway have new lighting. We have started painting but only 3 rooms are complete due to our rooms not staying empty long enough to continue. I do hope you try us again down the road when our updates are complete.

The hotel is outdated and overpriced for Wednesday night in a small town. First hotel I’ve been to that didn’t allow closed top water bottles in the pool area.

酒店回复: I am so sorry you were not happy with your stay. I do apologize for the rates but every hotel in town is completely booked 6 nights a week due to a construction project. The fuller a hotel is the higher the rates are. As for not allowing drinking in the pool. We have had too many issues with spillage in the pool and when that happens the pool needs to be closed and chemicals rebalanced. We have all of this clearly stated on our registration form and on the sign inside of the pool area.

I have stayed at a lot of chain hotels and this is the first time I've had to leave one. Walking in the hallways are dark and damp and when we entered the room it had a weird smell. Husband smelled urine, but we hoped it was the muggy/dampness bringing it that smell, and we tried to settle in. Left for dinner and came back- smell was still bad even with extra AC. I could smell cigarette smoke and my allergies kicked up until smoke was all I could smell. Started checking around- bathroom was very clean, but mattress covers and sheets were stained. Grateful ******* was able to talk to the staff/ manager and get us a refund. We were outta there!
