Staff were very friendly. Toilet seat was loose and moved around as you sit on it. Shower/tub was not that clean. Sleeping area was clean but had a weird wood smell to it.

The guy there when i checked was great. The room was clean but smelled like mildew. Shower and sink both didn’t drain very well; especially the sink. Had to cut it off a couple of times while brushing my teeth. Breakfast was edible. Selection wasn’t the best but it’s free. Biggest thing was i checked out two nights early due to not needing to be there any longer. Didn’t mind paying for the night i left early, but wanted to see if i could at least recoup the last night seeing how i hadn’t been there for 24 hours. I called because i also had a charge of 101.32, on my card that they said they weren’t going to charge, but charged me after i left. Said they didn’t charge me, to talk to *******. I told her you DID charge my card, I’m looking at the charge, i had already paid *******. Then she said “yea, we put a hold on the card until you check out.” Ma’am, i checked out last night, you charged me today…. She said the money would be returned today after my stay is over… make it make sense. I then asked about maybe getting the last night of my stay taken off and was just told “no…” No explanation, no let me see what i can do.. nothing. Talked to *******, they tried, no… My 101.32 was returned to me, but i will never stay at a La Quinta ever again. I will also let every travel ball person i come in contact with to also never stay at one either. With the way things change, kind of silly that they wouldn’t work with a person if they didn’t stay their whole trip.

The staff is Phenomenal!
Ms. Myra, Ms. Kacie, Mr. Robert and Mr. Charles are wonderful people! If we ever have to return to Columbus we will be staying there again because of their hospitality! Thank you for making my 8 days there feel like I was at home! You all are very much appreciated!

I can't express the amazing Customer Service that all of th staff provides! My family and myself stayed for my son's Graduation ceremony and then I came back and stayed for his Airborne graduation. When their graduation was pushed out due to weather the front desk staff, Ms. Myra, made extended our stay so easy! She is extremely kind along with Kacie, Charles and Robert. The new young lady that is part of the housekeeping staff is also wonderful! If we have to come back to Columbus for anything, I will definitely be staying there again!

We had a great experience, staff was fantastic, the hotel was super clean and very quiet. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and pool, and the breakfast was delicious with different options each day.

The staff was extremely friendly. I did have a few issues with our shower water leaking and an uneven floor. I was concerned about the floor being uneven, which could’ve caused a floor slip or someone to fall.
床很干净也很舒服,夜班工作人员友好周到。浴室很脏,从洗手池到淋浴间到处都是黑头发。冰箱/冰柜也很脏,里面也有头发和黑色碎屑。早餐还可以。墙壁看起来像是有水渍或者严重的沉降裂缝?我在大堂餐厅也看到了类似的情况。总的来说,我觉得这家酒店中等水平,但作为再次上路前休息一晚的地方还算可以。
