总体来说，体验还可以。我不喜欢的是酒店要收取停车费。虽然费用不高，但我实在不明白为什么要收费。房间很干净，但是枕头不太舒服。客房服务人员早上9点就来敲门了。我不确定还会不会再来。
未能办理入住。下午3点到达，柜台没有工作人员，等了25分钟仍然无人值守。我正要离开时，看到两名员工进来，便询问情况，被告知他们正在休息，让我一个小时后再来。我要求退款！如果得不到退款，我将采取法律行动。
酒店没有热水。工作人员应该为每位客人提供免费早餐、小幅折扣或其他补偿。此外，酒店现在开始收取每晚5美元的停车费。这是一家郊区酒店，拥有大型露天停车场。停车费简直离谱。多年来我多次入住这家酒店，但以后不会再来了。
舒适的酒店
酒店舒适干净，房间宽敞，前台人员服务优质。退房时，我忘了一个装有购物的包裹；几个小时后我才意识到，然后回到酒店。多亏了酒店团队的出色管理，我顺利取回了包裹。非常感谢他们的诚实和细心！
空调老旧，大部分时间温度都降不到70华氏度以下。一张床垫塌陷了，所以我把那张拿走了，让老婆孩子睡另一张。这些基本生活必需品都收了我的钱，应该部分退款。
公共区域和房间都非常干净，而且气味宜人。工作人员非常友好。下次我再来这个地区，一定会再次入住这里。
酒店和房间都很棒。让我惊讶的是，尽管酒店位置便利，停车位充足，但现在停车也要收费了。
周围有很多不收停车费的酒店，下次我会订那种。这家有点贵，性价比不高。
