This hotel gets the job done if you just need a place to stay. There’s no ambience at the lobby bar and our room had a strong stench of cleaning fluid. However if you want easy access to Charleston without paying Charleston prices this hotel works.

I loved the king suite...Juwan, was so helpful in upgrading our regular king room to the king suite. He is awesome!

Only complaint was the cleaning staff waking us up knocking on the door and opening it at 930am! Then coming back AGAIN an hour later and doing it again! With the do not disturb tag on the door!

Was in a great and convenient location! 10 min drive to downtown Charleston, but also super close to Patriots Point and to Mt Pleasant amenities. Friendly staff and nice rooms

Staying at this location was easy to get to Charleston on one side and Isle of Palms on the other side. Lots of places to eat. We were on the 3rd floor and was very quiet as the hotel seemed to be quiet full. The beds was very comfortable. They do have a restaurant at this facility but we didn't eat there. We wanted to see what was available in the city.
未能办理入住。下午3点到达，柜台没有工作人员，等了25分钟仍然无人值守。我正要离开时，看到两名员工进来，便询问情况，被告知他们正在休息，让我一个小时后再来。我要求退款！如果得不到退款，我将采取法律行动。
酒店没有热水。工作人员应该为每位客人提供免费早餐、小幅折扣或其他补偿。此外，酒店现在开始收取每晚5美元的停车费。这是一家郊区酒店，拥有大型露天停车场。停车费简直离谱。多年来我多次入住这家酒店，但以后不会再来了。

酒店舒适干净，房间宽敞，前台人员服务优质。退房时，我忘了一个装有购物的包裹；几个小时后我才意识到，然后回到酒店。多亏了酒店团队的出色管理，我顺利取回了包裹。非常感谢他们的诚实和细心！
空调老旧，大部分时间温度都降不到70华氏度以下。一张床垫塌陷了，所以我把那张拿走了，让老婆孩子睡另一张。这些基本生活必需品都收了我的钱，应该部分退款。
