酒店晚上真的很安静。泳池锁着，但工作人员把它打开让孩子们进去玩。泳池有点脏，不过我觉得可能是淡季的缘故。谁知道呢。办理入住有点不太愉快。柜台后面的男士很友善，但他当时正在电脑上忙，所以他让躺在沙发上的员工帮我办理入住。这显然给她带来了不便。我真心希望她那天过得愉快。总的来说，如果以后有机会再来这个地区，我肯定还会选择这家酒店！

The manager that was onsite the 27th of November was rude. I went into a room were the mattress was stained bad like fresh. The first room wasn't ready. She put me in another room the same thing. It was terrible. The microwave was not useable and filthy. The bed was terrible the bathroom was also dirty. Would not recommend.

They need to hire more housekeeper’s . I should not have left for majority of the day to come back to an unclean room. I stay here too often for that inconvenience.

I think it was pretty clean but bedding was a little worn. We asked for extra pillows, as they only provided two, and were told they could only provide two per room, but they later did give us extra. The room was fine, as we only needed a clean bed to sleep and weren’t in the room much otherwise.

The sheets and bed covers were disgusting. All stained, there was trash under the fitted sheet and the mattress topper stained with blood and what looked like urine. The mattress topper covered another waterproof cover all with grotesque stains and trash. How does trash even get there? Its cheap, not worth saving a few bucks

The room needed a mayor improvement in optics and painted I dull colors. Shower was missing shower head and I could not see anyone using the coffee machine within room.

The towels are stained brown. The breakfast area is filthy and the breakfast options are barely existent. The staff person was sleeping on the couch when we arrived. It wasn’t late. She did not give us any info on where our room was located, the breakfast hours, the WiFi or check out time. This place is filthy and poorly managed.
