Housekeeping knocked on our door, we said we would be leaving in a few minutes and they never came back, we had to go to the front desk for towels.
The paper plates and plastic utensils at breakfast make it look like they are trying hard to be cheap.
When we booked on ******* it showed the pool open at 9 AM, when we get there it is 10 AM and kids waiting to get in.
Good location and front desk staff tried to be helpful.

First room was disappointing
To start with, the young man at the desk was excellent...friendly, professional, and helpful. The first room we had did not have any electricity. We told the desk and the young man fixed the problem while we went out to eat. When we got back to the room we did have power, but then we discovered the bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor and the sofa was stained. After going back to the desk, the young man gave us another room, which was fine.

False Advertising/Unhealthy/Unsanitary
Rooms smelled like mold and when we asked for a refund bc we couldn't stay, the front desk clerk was rude and refused to give us a refund. The facility was dirty and several Google reviews stated the same moldy smell.

Nice lobby room smelled
The room was dirty and smelled “musty”. The towels were old and had stains on them. I would not rate this higher than an a 7.0

Not sure how this property received such a good rating on ******* but it is not a very well maintained facility. Pool was nasty. No towwl rack. Water spots all over ceilings. Very poor continental breakfast. Poorly staffed

Great stay I would give it a 9.3 out 10 rating . The 2 issues well(actually the 2nd is more of a request rather than complaint) keeping it from a perfect 10 is: 1)i found that some of the doors that are supposed to require a hotel key card to open like ones leading from outside into hotel i found one propped open twice which to me is a very big security issue and definitely be dangerous in certain cases & even our actual room door could be pushed opened even when it was all the way latched you had to really check the door whenever leaving the room to make sure the door was completely locked. 2)The breakfast was good just wished they wouldve had more of a variety.
In the end though i would still recommend the hotel to anyone who asked! 😊
