The bed felt like I was sleeping on the ground. It was very hard and uncomfortable. I guess I’ll headboard was against the elevator. Every 10 minutes our head would vibrate and you can hear the noise so clearly. I didn’t get any sleep.

There was trash left in our room from the last guest and cleaning supplies left in our window . And we weren’t asked once during our stay if anything was needed to be refilled

It was not very wheelchair accessible. The room was very small and the wheelchair barely fit.

The room and facility was bit worn and needs a facelift. I loved the fact they had makeup wipes by the sink since I had forgotten mine, that was a little thing but huge to me. The deep tub was fantastic and the room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was good and the young woman who worked breakfast was fantastic, she was helpful and very sweet to everyone. The front desk guy in the late day for check in was also super helpful. We needed a room change because my husband cant walk far and he accommodated no problems.

Entrance is nice, however breakfast area is at the entrance, too small and every time the door opened, very limited options, without decaf coffee or hot water. Room was too small with two twin beds. Bathtub is old and rusty, carpet verde dirty. Tv only shows a few channels, no connection for any apps or streaming, definitely nothing for kids. Pool area super dirty, no access to towels. Elevator very dirty, no signal for each floor number. What we thought was going to be a small luxury experience ended up with a bad taste.
