The front desk staff were helpful. The mess on the carpet in the hallway a few doors down from our room went un vacuumed the two nights we were there. There was trash on the elevator floor. There was a lot of loitering going on late into the night, both inside the lobby and outside the hotel. There were people smoking right outside the lobby doors despite a sign stating that wasn’t allowed near the building.

Place was horrible, my wife would not stay there. There were dogs on property and smelled like smoke everywhere. Front desk person was nice though.

Room was clean, no frills, and staff was responsive to requests for fresh towels. Parking was fine, but the number of people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking gave it a shady feeling. Breakfasts were heavy on starch, no fruit, milk or protein.

The breakfast has a long ways to go. Oatmeal was old stuck to the package. Hot chocolate and coffee are only options. Need something cold as well!

One thing I can say I didn’t like was it was not really options for breakfast only oatmeal and stale muffins I didn’t know it wasn’t like other hotel breakfasts

The make worker was so rude. I called to get clean sheets and i was told i cant have any clean sheets bcs they are only given out during the day so he yelled at me hung up on me and cussed at me. Very rude person he should not be working here with that bad customer service. Ive never heard that someone cant get a clean set of sheets like what. The bed sheets were literally flipped inside out it was dirty and i just want a new sheet. His customer service skills sucks and very rude person!!!! How does one person that works there say i can ask for them whenever but i go and ask another person and i get a different answer its ridiculous. This is forsure on the DNR list.
