You said it was all redone it WAS NOT. They put us in a room that smell like smoke very dirty so they moved us to a other room it smell like smoke but as bad. The room's are not done. I did not sleep cause of the smell.

Shower was not very good and had very low pressure. carpets were wet and sticky. room was not cleaned properly. and room needs renovation. wallpaper was peeling.

I booked a Labor Day weekend for my 82 year old mother. The faucet handle for the bathtub/shower was broken. She reported it to the front desk and they never came to fix it, nor did they offer her another room.
I didn't learn about this until a few days after her stay, when she told me that she wasn't able to shower the entire weekend.
I sent an e-mail to Caesar's via their online customer service form. That was three weeks ago, and I still haven't heard from anyone.
Not a great look for the Horseshoe.

Could hear everything in the halls. Rooms have not been kept up over time with furniture and electronics. Had to take a cold shower on my last day because the hot water went out.

2 hr. fire alarm in my room...no smoking....11pm -1 30 am front desk said too bad....very rude did not care

One thing to know, if you want a coffemaker/coffee in your room.....that is by request! We called the front desk at midnight, when we realized there wasn't one, and they had it delivered to our room within 15 minutes, maybe less. Very clean, staff very nice.

The rooms are so outdated. I have pictures to prove it. There was a constant buzzing noise in our room. The ac couldn’t keep up with the size of the room. The lady at check in was so rude.

Food options limited, but the caesar salad was good at Guy Fieri’s restaurant. I was in a smoking room/ floor and the smell of smoke and **** was overwhelming. Hard to sleep. Hallways noisy. Bathroom dirty with dirty gum?imbedded in the tiles.
Bed was confortable. Staff was very nice. The first room I was given , the key opened it but it was locked from the inside so obviously in use. The walk from the front desk was really really far away, esp with baggage, but the staff person gave me a new room closer to the elevator so that was nice. Overall, next time I would not choose to stay here.

There are a couple dining options with poor food quality. The mattress was very old and worn.
