Regardless of whenever you book a room, once you pay for the extra protection for your stay you treat your customers as if the reservation is good especially if they are traveling hours to a destination to be turned around.
- Staff member literally said power went out and couldn’t get all the rooms cleaned that is not my fault when I arrive and business full of power to be rejected & then witness a customer that canceled his reservation for the same day as me but still no answer to why I don’t have a room.

The staff could not find our reservation. Even with our confirmation number it took them forever to find our room.

Room was in fair condition, cabinets and bed were worn with scraped paint, bathroom floor was dirty, bed linens were clean

The biggest problem we had was stained box spring and dirty baseboards in 3187. As a former maintenance supervisor of a major hotel brand, there has to be a time (periodically, at least) for deep cleaning and paint touch ups inside the rooms.

You said it was all redone it WAS NOT. They put us in a room that smell like smoke very dirty so they moved us to a other room it smell like smoke but as bad. The room's are not done. I did not sleep cause of the smell.

Hotel was kind of run down, but they are renovating. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable & A/C was COLD. Room was a King Smoking but it was SO FAR away from everything! We don't gamble, promptly lost $15 bucks, so ate at the Burger Bar (Reuben, fries, chili-cheese bacon fries, and nachos). The Justin Hinsin Band in the lounge was good, drinks were $5 for beer and wine. No microwave in the room and no good TV channels. i was using up Caesar rewards visiting family, but if I was spending $ I'd pick Gold Strike.No coffee in room. Asked for it, got the machine and no coffee. Spent $ at Starbucks downstairs both days. No perks. They do not have housekeeping & you have to go down to the front desk to order towels. Only 2 towels for 2 adults with long hair. Resort fee for nothing as per usual in Tunica.

Shower was not very good and had very low pressure. carpets were wet and sticky. room was not cleaned properly. and room needs renovation. wallpaper was peeling.
