I checked in a little late 11 pm ish. It was semi dark in the lobby and I thought nobody was behind the desk so I started to download the mobile app to check in when low and behold surprised! Even I laughed how high I jumped when I was greatest. I was visiting and usually spend the night somewhere on my trip between Florida and Missouri. The last 3 tripsIve paid well over 120 a night for rooms I've actually had to clean (no shower shoes) or pulled comforter back and the sheets could not have been changed. I did not leave bad reviews for the OTHERS, so I want to insure an excellent review for Sam's town. Not only were they sparkling clean, made me laugh and eased my mind as far as security. *********************************************************.rooms were way more comfortable and a lot more reasonable than any others I've stayed. Thank you Sams Town I will be back!!

This place is in disrepair, it is so rundown and neglected. The staff are very uncaring. They would rather talk amongst themselves than provide a good customer experience. We were wondering upon arriving why noone was at Sams Town, we fiqured it out quickly. Should have left then, very seriously regret giving them the small amount of money we lost there. The card said it had 5.00 free play, but stated we redeemed it which we did not. Noone was winning anything, the few people that were there. The parking garage smelled like urine. The drink machines were out of order, one was open it had no ice. The whole place reeked of stale smoke and uncleanliness. We will never return, they need to close this place down or do a complete remodel along with new staff.

Do not waste your money. The room was dirty. The toilet and towels were yellow. The wallpaper is coming off in the hotel room. The ****** is the worse. I was there one hour and spent $1000 without hitting anything. I used to go frequently and could play all weekend. Slowing, during the years, it got worse. I tried to go back every year and now this! NEVER AGAIN. They will be bankrupt soon because the machines don’t give you anything to play with. You will be a big looser. Trust me when I say, they are greedy. Don’t give them your hard-earned money.

Would not recommend! The first room we got was on the third floor AC did not work, black mold on the wall toilet would not stop running after you flushed, and the mini fridge was not cleaned..They moved us to the first floor. At least the AC worked however, don’t even try to watch the TV most the channels not clear and the ones that were had no sound.

I’ve stayed here a few times over the recent years. The hotel has reached a point that I can no longer justify even staying in a “Comp” room. Check in was a joke. There were about 6-8 cars in parking lot and at 12:30 I was told it was too early to check in & try at 1. I go back at 1:15 and was told housekeeping is in the hallways & it would be a liability to let me check in early and try again at 2. At 2 I was able to check in … between 1 and 2 I saw no one check out. Part of the hotel is chained off on the inside. Room was filthy. Candy wrappers on floor near bed. Dust was piled up. TV was small. Asked housekeeping for extra towels & TP and was sent to front desk. Front desk is a joke. 2 people working. 1 on phone forever while other one sat in the back ignoring me. I’m positive I would not stay here again. Looked out room window & I saw massive amounts of water against building. Gave me nightmares as I felt hotel was not safe.

First, ignore all of the pictures from earlier posts about the pool and hot tub area since it no longer exists. Second, believe all of the reviews about check in. We chose to keep an open mind and see for ourselves, but found the reviews are accurate. When we arrived , the parking garage was literally empty and maybe 12 cars were in the parking lot. Keep in mind it is advertised the hotel has 700 rooms, but apparently they are only using the fourth floor. We checked in around 230 pm with the front desk supervisor who was not very friendly nor welcoming. We had requested a high floor and a nonadjoining room when we preregistered, but when we got to our room it was on the fourth floor and it was an adjoining room. We went back to front desk and she gave us another room. When we opened the door to the newly assigned room, it was still dirty with garbage in the tables and obviously used bed. We went back downstairs again for the third time. It is now 3 pm and a shift change. We received no apology for a dirty room and we were told we would have to take the adjoining room back, or a smoking room , or a double bed room. We asked for a dfferent floor and we were informed the 4th floor was our "assigned" floor. A hotel with seven hundred rooms and 15 cars in the parking lot does not have a room with a king bed and nonadjoining room???? We did finally get a different room after a bit of discussion, but on the fourth floor. Overall, minus the check in experience, the ****** was fine. Beverage service wss difficult to get and we did not eat at the restaurants. The hotel entrance is dark and not up to date. Most staff were pleasant. The room it self was worn and well used which is expected for a hotel if this age. If you plan on using your Boyd rewards at this hotel, it really wont get you anywhere. If anything, we were punished for using our free room. So much for loyalty to a brand. We did try to contact the hotel directly with our concerns, as the general manager Chris has noted in his comments in previous reviews, but the web address provided on Boyd gaming and hotel site does not work.

垃圾还没清理,我们入住时房间里的垃圾桶也是坏的。
毛巾不够用,卫生间也不干净,主要还是设施太旧了。
很棒的套房,有独立的客厅和电视。
冰箱脏兮兮的,游泳池/健身房被拆除了,浴室里没有毛巾和洗衣服,打了两次电话都没收到……第二天早上我亲自去拿。电话把墙弄破了,抽屉脏兮兮的,地毯潮湿,钟下面还留着香,钟已经烧了一半,没有毯子,怎么也拿不到。晚上前台非常不友好,而且深夜前台完全关闭,******通道从房间关闭,你得绕着房间走才能进入游乐区,零食机/制冰机区域很脏。
