I had already paid $77.00 for a room. I travel a lot for my job. I work in the food service for hospitals and I was coming through pearl and wanted to stop to take a shower and a nap. I was only gonna be staying for up to 5 hours. I was willing to pay for the whole night but I needed the room by 11 that morning. The gentleman that was at the front desk made me pay another $30.00. So that’s over a hundred dollars for 4-5 hours. How pitiful. Remind you he’s let me check in early multiple times before this. I will never book a room there again.

The young lady that works the front desk was very very sweet and understanding. The manager however was just NASTY and RUDE. He is in the wrong line of work. The room reeked of smoke and mildew and there were ROACHES. It was evident that the rooms are not being cleaned properly. Residue from the roaches was EVERYWHERE People loitering in the parking lot playing loud music and drinking beer at all hours of the night. Again the manager is a nasty, nasty, NASTY man. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Spend your money with people who appreciate your business. This property should not bear the name Wyndham. It’s a disgrace.

However, you did not utilize the room service services for the past months, which resulted in the infestation of cockroaches throughout the room. You should need to tell public that you never take room service since you checked in here also, if you have too much problem with room why you are here since May 31 2025 to July 8 2025. It appears that you lack the courage to speak the truth in public also, you never paid on time that is why need to kick out from property. Again you nasty nasty NASTY women. Furthermore, we have not recommended this establishment to any customer and have publicly expressed our dissatisfaction with your behavior.

I did not like the customer service. I tequested a room on the botton floor and was told that I had to take what was given because third party does not have a priority with the establishment. I was given a room upstairs and the phone in the oom was not working on they cut it off. I was defiitely not satisfied with the establishment.

Overall, a good stay
The room was too cold. The heat had not been turned on. It was 61° in the room during a cold front in January in
Mississippi. We arrived at 11:00 p.m. room could have been a little warmer by then. The pillows could have been a little fluffier and the breakfast was a little sparse. Have a waffle machine instead of pancakes.
