So I stayed Nov16-18 and my first night there I woke up with water from one end of my room to the other end. The worker knew there was a flood but it happened to be the room above me. Of course being in the one of two suites we had to stay in our room while maintenance and the desk lady came in to soak up the water. The next afternoon my wife was going to nap when the workers came in to inspect for water damage. So checking out I was told the Manager would adjust my charges due to the fact they were aware of what had happened. They never change the charges. I will say that the breakfast was very nice. On a side note it should be known that if you are a local ITS CASH DEPOSIT ONLY! Did an early check in with my C.C but that felt very pointless. Had to go to my ATM to get cash. I do think that the TV could be put on a swivel mount to allow better angle for the couch. I would say to add one in tub Area but after the flood I’d be more concerned with another flood.

Staff was great , room not so great shower handle came off in my hand. Jett tub cold water jets went everywhere and super hard to get in. Breakfast was no good very disappointing. Towels were stained. That was in room 103

The staff are super friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to park our vehicle for a cheaper rate than the airport and get complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. This is a very basic hotel with absolutely no frills: everything is simple, low quality, poor quality renovations but it is clean and in a safe, quiet area. The breakfast is all sugar, starch and fat- no protein options and the owner is so cheap, he refuses to provide plastic knives, only forks and spoons: so be prepared to eat your waffle, toast, or biscuit by spreading butter and cutting without a knife. Even the pillows are small... More like a throw pillow size... Be prepared.

The room was not clean. There was even a dirty towel left on the bathroom counter. Drunk rowdy guests in the halls at 2 am and front desk did nothing until we called. Definitely better cleaner options for the same price in the same area.

The fact that i had to pay a 200$ deposit at the hotel because im a local and its the weekend.the ******* site is misleading they give you a price to pay and say and state this is all you pay this includes fees is a lie

The on-line check in and keyless entry made my arrival super easy. I found the traffic sounds on the street noisy and people in a room above me were walking around after midnight. Just seemed like there was a lot of noise. Didn’t have breakfast because of a very early flight out.

The room was nice and comfortable, but the room that they put us in was right next to the lobby and it was very loud and the walls were pretty thin as well. So we were able to hear our neighbors!

The bed was too high, they didn't have a stool to use to get into the bed. the base of the bed was metal and rang like a gong when we touched it. The toilet was too low. No grab rails in the bathtub. The only breakfast meat was a little bit of sausage in the biscuits and gravy. Had coffee, but no tea. However, the room was clean and the desk attendants were nice.
