If the original reservation was not initially booked for a mobility access room, one could not be guaranteed. We have checked to ensure that all amenities are in working order. We apologize for not being able to deliver on that end but it is an area of concern we are quickly trying to address. 我再也不会住这家酒店了。我坐轮椅,他们却拒绝给我们安排残疾人专用房。我们原本期待的是恒温泳池,结果泳池根本没有恒温。最后,我们要求第二天打扫房间,结果被告知要到第三天才打扫。
办理入住时前台只有一个人。她打电话聊了很久,才来接待我和我前面的那对夫妇。
