Yes, there was negligence. I’ve never stayed at a hotel to where they only clean the room every other day or as requested. I called the front desk to see about why my room was clean and they told me every other day and the one day I did get my room cleaned. It took a while for them to get to my room because they only had one person working to clean . I would never stay back at the hotel.

Very clean and spacious room. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a lot to choose from. Would definitely book again if I were in the area.

The hotel was nice, but not good if you have pet allergies. There were a lot of animals and my husband struggled the whole time with his breathing. Also, tile was missing in our shower, making it seem subpar. On the upside, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

My room was very roomy, clean and spotless. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is top of the top. Loved it. We will definitely stay here again.
