Not worth the price and not accommodating
Very disappointed. There are many hotels in the area way cheaper that we would have booked but chose this one because of the pool. At three times the price of better hotels we checked in to be told they no longer have a pool and failed to update the online photos. Talk about disappointed kiddo. They refused to accommodate a late checkout so we had to pay for two nights for my husband to be able to sleep in after working nights. The staff was not friendly. Breakfast was a joke- at 7am everything was empty. No waffle mix, no syrup or milk. Staff was rude and ignored being spoken to.
Overall the room was clean but the hotel was a disappointment and absolutely not worth what we paid.

服务太差了，前台让我们等了 15 分钟才提供服务，即使没有等待，也没有其他人来帮忙。遥控器里的电池没电了，他们没有替换的，没有频道指南，水槽上有个大洞——309 号房间。我付了两个房间的钱。我们应该得到全额退款。这是我经历过的最糟糕的住宿体验！
