My husband & I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very professional and nice. They made sure we were taken care of.All 3 day's that we were there, from the Management to Housekeeping & Kitchen.The staff went over & beyond. The room was very clean & comfortable.The beds were nice & soft 😀 Hot coffee served all day, I loved it. Lots of places to go & eat.
We highly recommend this hotel.

such a nice hotel!!! we stayed here for a concert in tinley park and it was super convenient to get to and a nice and safe place for a bunch of us girls to be at! this hotel was seriously such a breath of fresh air compared to some that i've stayed at while traveling across country following my favorite band's tour :) also the free breakfast was great, the beds were SOOO comfy, and the staff working the front desk were super friendly!!! ＜3

Hotel was newly renovated or maybe even new when we stayed. Breakfast included pancake machine, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, oatmeal and a variety of breads.
Room was very spacious. We got a double queen and it also had a desk, Kitchenette and couch

这家酒店的游泳池从2025年12月起就无法使用！！！办理入住时，我们被5只蚂蚁“热情迎接”，不得不换房间。之后，当我们准备去游泳池时，被告知游泳池已经关闭，而且自2024年11月开业以来就从未开放过！我们立即退房，去了隔壁的汉普顿酒店——那里的游泳池是可以正常使用的，因为我们当初选择这家酒店就是为了游泳池！几周过去了，我还在被经理们推来推去，要求全额退款，而我们只住了两个小时就没能好好享受这次住宿！干脆把游泳池从网站上的设施列表中彻底移除吧！！！
