The room was well appointed and very clean. The staff person was friendly and welcoming, and accommodated my late arrival. Location is super convenient to the airport. The only complaint is the mattress, it felt old and worn out.

Pool and hot tub and front area gas fireplace area were all down for maintenance. They did call to tell us that in advance of our stay so it was okay. Breakfast here is great!! Staff is great!

Pool was closed, which was one of the features I was looking for at my hotel. When I checked-in they didn’t share the pool was closed and in fact actually provided a printed hand-out with the hour of the pool and didn’t share that it was closed. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known in advance.

Rooms were clean front desk staff was great they let me stay an extra hour past checkout no charge! Outback Steakhouse in the same parking lot. Will stay there again.

We stayed here for the waterslide because we have two young boys. We arrived to find out waterslide was broken and could not be used:(

Pool is very small and hot tub was also closed. Room was comfy!

There was a restaurant in the parking lot, which was convenient. However, the floors felt damp and the room stunk. I had to spray some air freshener to get rid of the smell.

The room was dirty. Blood stains on the ottoman. Hair balls on the floor. White powder on the beds and stains on the blankets. Smelled like cat pee and mildew (my scentsy helped)
