Room was clean, staff was great. Bathroom leaked terribly. Housekeeping was vacuuming the hallway at 7am Sunday morning. Breakfast was fair- very limited choices. Pool
Was closed and manager told the upset parents beside us “that’s because Of third party booking”!

Did not end up staying due to the pool closure. Asked for a refund and the country inn and suites is not returning phone calls for a reimbursement after finding another hotel.

I always stay for the shuttle and great breakfast. This stay was on a Saturday. I found Breakfast was not until 7 AM. No Shuttle on the weekend. If I had known this I could have altered my plans to be at the airport prior to motels 7 AM breakfast and $20.00 cab ride to the airport.

they regret to inform me that their pool was down for a week and that’s why we chose that hotel.

Yes, the room was clean and the staff was very gracious/helpful. I enjoyed the outdoor vibe offered at the front entry here. It certainly was inviting and warm. I also enjoyed the very high level of service and hard work given to provide the morning breakfast!

When we arrived at the hotel we were then notified that the hot tub and pool were shut down due to some chemical issues. That was the main purpose my wife and I wanted to stay. The hotel offered a 15% discount from our bill and told that we would have to contact our hotel broker. We had been traveling back and forth to one of the hospitals and needed a relaxing break. Very disappointed in that regard.

I only chose this Hotel because they had a water slide for the pool. The pool was shut down. I was told we could receive a 15% refund ???
