一次独特的体验
过去三年春假,我们全家都去了丘拉维斯塔,这对我的孩子们来说是一次很棒的经历,他们总是翘首以盼!上次我们体验得非常特别,但房间在我们住的四天里竟然从未有人打扫过,这让我很不爽。他们说如果需要什么可以打电话,但对一个妈妈来说,在度假期间拥有一个干净的房间也是一次难忘的经历。;) 我和我丈夫也被隔壁的一对夫妇吵醒了,因为墙太薄了。谢天谢地,我们的孩子没有被吵醒听到,但我们晚上睡得并不好,因为吵闹声似乎没完没了。或许不应该把夫妇和家庭安排在同一楼层或相邻的房间?最后,我们意识到我们被多收了将近100美元,前台的工作人员态度很差,也没有道歉。如果我们不要求打印出详细的收费清单,我们就要多付近100美元了。请务必在退房时检查您的费用摘要。
入住很简单;度假村比较老旧;房间的门勉强关上,锁和把手都快掉下来了;外面的门锁不上;窗户和露台门破旧不堪,一半散架了,纱窗也乱七八糟等等;地板肯定是散架了,底层地板上有软塌塌的部分。晚上孩子们在我们上面跑来跑去,非常吵,但晚上 10 点后一般就控制住了;外面散步很舒服,只是不是很长。有通往水上乐园的地下走道很不错,但是有点远。如果有一个普通的游泳池和热水浴缸就好了,但是没有;因为水上乐园显然很吵。我们住了 4 晚,被告知房间不会每天都打扫,但会在周日(周五至周二入住)之前打扫——所以我们把房间收拾好了,但没有人来。5 个人住了 4 天,没有服务或毛巾,有点疯狂。泳池毛巾的情况有点荒唐,因为它们都是破旧的,而且他们说如果你不归还毛巾卡或不把毛巾放在别处,就要收你25美元。周五和周六,水上乐园挤满了人——我们甚至都没进去待几分钟;礼品店在整个入住期间都关门了,这很奇怪,因为那里正值一场排球锦标赛门票售罄。对于一家老酒店来说,住宿费非常昂贵。就像所有老牌度假村一样,他们想要用老旧的基础设施来换取高价。不过,工作人员都很有礼貌。
由于我们房间没有打扫,我和孩子们免费升级了房间。他们提供了很多服务,价格也非常实惠,而且很舒适。我们住的别墅里有设备齐全的厨房,空间很大,还有餐具、碗、锅等等,除了衣服什么都不用带!我们很快还会再来,强烈推荐这个度假村!!!
按摩浴缸没有彻底清洁,沙发上的垃圾掉到了床上,厨房水槽很脏,冰箱顶部装满了水,特大号床的床单下面有污渍,我住了 16 个小时后就离开了,第二天我付了钱却没有留下来
阳台门锁不上。派了维修工过来,他不得不把锁完全翻转过来,因为锁是倒着的,但你仍然能用力拉推拉门,门就能直接打开。非常不安全。只住了一晚。
