The air-conditioner was froze up and took almost all night to work. The bathroom was dirty the jets to the jaccuzi didnt work. The tv was not working correctly over half the channels didnt work

Parking was safe. Hotel was very empty. Lobby seemed nice but the room was quite sub par. The bathroom was nice but the room was missing furniture and the tv only had basic cable (no Netflix or prime sign in options) The elevator was shaky and the stairs are locked.

The tub had sand in it from the last person staying in the room. Shower curtain had mold and just overall dirty. Place was just generally not clean. Super outdated carpet was peeled up in some spots In the hallway. WiFi worked well, decent location, and a nice front desk with good customer service.

From the time we pulled up in the parking lot, everything was on point. Friday check in and front desk clerk was very good and polite. The room was very clean all the way

Unfortunately my stay was poor hate saying that but for being part of the Wydanm family it was poor
