Good location. Very hard bed and flat pillows. Small queen size bed. Room did not have a pull out chair or couch. Would i stay here again for the price. Yep.

The lady at the front desk was on a phone call and barely spoke English. She took my credit card and ID without telling me what she was doing. She tapped my credit card for a payment without asking for permission or tell me what the payment was for. She handed me one room key, did not tell me where my room was or how to get there. The hotel had no A/C, water stains in the ceilings everywhere you looked. Walls were covered in condensation and texture was falling off in many areas. When I walked into the room, there was a nasty musky smell. Poor lighting did not help either. The bed was not made properly which made me wonder what else was not cleaned properly. I immediately turned around and went to the lobby to demand a cancellation and refund. The lady at the front desk was still on the phone and told me she could not do anything. I demanded the Name, Contact Number and Email to the Hotel Management and the lady at the front acted like she had no information for me. She gave me the phone number the front desk and told me again she had no other information. After multiple questions she finally gave me an email I could try to reach out to. This hotel is poorly maintained and does not match what was advertised. I would appreciate someone contact me ASAP to discuss retribution. I had to book at a different hotel last minute in order to have a safe, clean place to stay.

Not busy or used much. This place had a weird smell. You can tell it is not used the room was dusty. There is not a restaurant on property like advertised.

Made a reservation wanted to do late check in but they said i needed to do mobile check in called 3 different times and never were able to help me and took forever for someone to answer

Pool and hot tub weren’t open. Room stunk. Restaurant and bar I don’t think have ever been open. I can’t believe Wyndham puts there name on this trash.

The air-conditioner was froze up and took almost all night to work. The bathroom was dirty the jets to the jaccuzi didnt work. The tv was not working correctly over half the channels didnt work
