The room was dirty and my husband was cut in the foot with tack ***** nails coming out of the threadbare carpet. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal (no milk), sausage and waffles. That’s all. Definitely not represented by what was pictured in the ******* site. The staff were rude when we asked for better accommodation. There was no hot or even warm water coming out of the bathroom sink, even after running the water for several minutes. We did get a refund, but they charged us for the 2nd day even though we left at 1 pm. I will never stay here or at any other Quality Inn again.

We got there I reserved 3 rooms and all 3 were dirty the beds had bed bugs when my family set on them they started to itch my son in law had all his back full of rash it smell like dogs house. It was terrible

Air conditioner was TURNED OFF. Room was very hot air conditioner was VERY NOISY.
NO BREAKFAST
NO ELEVATOR
For the cost it’s not worth the stay.
TV Remote didn’t work either.

Bed was too hard and the property was in need of repair. Otherwise it was affordable and clean

我们大概在8点半左右办理入住,我猜当时前台接待员正在吃晚餐。房间一般般,考虑到价格还算说得过去。但是,浴室天花板塌了一块,感觉像是楼上漏水了,而且一直没人处理。房间还行吧,但我绝不会再住那里了。工作人员真的需要进行酒店服务培训。
