There was black mold in over 8 bathrooms and the furniture was broken in 5 rooms and the carpet smells horrible. The shower heads were all dirty and brown. The hot tub looked dirty like someone bathed in it and the pool had a weird smell and film on the water.

although I booked online midnight hour arrived in 30 minutes of booking get there was being charged another fee I was unaware of booking site did not disclose of, Requested refund myself and booking site was told manager not in contact in the morning contacted in the am. They refused refund claims it has been 24 hours I called 8am after booking at midnight ???? I called back ask for the manager and was told the manger will not be in until 1pm the hung up after I stated booking and I just spoke to him then who did we talk to claiming to be manager. Called back again for him to say Magee notated my info. They are a joke here never again.

Great stay good price. Clean rooms and a really great staff. Andy at the front desk was there to help with a travel issue I was having and resolved it with no problems.

unfortunately my experience was extremely unsatisfactory. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bed and bedding were unclean, with hair on the sheets and pillows. The bathtub and shampoo bottles were dirty, with hair present. The toilet was not properly cleaned, with urine stains. Additionally, the room door did not lock properly, and the hotel was very noisy. Because of these conditions, I had to check out at 3AM, and even after showering three times at home, I developed itchy red marks on my back and arms. I had gone to this hotel hoping to rest because I’ve been going through a difficult time lately, but staying there turned out to be a really terrible decision. This stay caused both discomfort and health concerns. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider appropriate compensation.

I booked a room at the Quality Inn & Suites Union City Atlanta South and was extremely disappointed. The first room I was shown had a terrible smell, and the next one actually had roaches on the bed. The carpet throughout smelled bad and felt unclean. Within just five minutes of checking in, I decided to leave and find another hotel.
To make matters worse, getting a refund was a hassle even though I didn’t stay the night. The entire experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. I strongly recommend asking to see the room before you hand over your card. Definitely not worth the money or the stress.

Hotel floors are extremely dirty offered 2 rooms they both were half clean until he found a 3rd room that was decent… staff is great with good customer service but hotel cleanliness is horrible
