I came in having had a rough day, hoping for a place to recover.. the room was freezing, turned up the heat and it had this horrific smell that wouldn't go away even after turning it off. Opened the balcony door for air and the freeway sound was incredibly loud. Tried to take a shower to wait for it to air out and the water wouldn't get hot. It was a horrible time for an already horrible day..
the only reason I gave this a two-star and not a one-star was the fact that the people who worked there were really kind.

We booked this hotel thinking there was a pool because the website advertised there was. We ended up finding out on day 2 that the pool is no longer at the hotel. They also had a very mess room. Bathroom was gross. Toilet paper left in the toilet. Hair in the tub and sink. Floor was very dirty. My kids feet turned black just walking around. They also advertised free cribs or cots for the room but then charged us $10/night for one cot. Very disappointed in the overall stay. Won’t book again.

We were here for 3 nights, they never came by to clean the room or take out our trash. Also, the room was unclean and had a lot of mold in it.

It took me three times to get a key that worked for the room. The floors are clean and the beds are comfortable, but the showers are small. Overall the property is in poor condition.
