Small crmped bathroom. Toilet seat was cheap and flimsy, pinched and moved all the time. Couch to low to the ground and uncomfortable. No access to plates and utensils . Curtains did not close all the way. Road noise from the highway. Got locked out of room

2-couples traveling together came in late the staff (Kody ) was very friendly and very accommodating was able to get us two rooms very close together, which is very appreciative due to travel companion being in a wheelchair. Everything worked out great.

We have stayed here for the last 4 years when visiting our daughter at college. It has gone downhill. The same bulb in the elevator has been flashing for over a year. The rooms need upgrades and things need repaired that it seems are getting ignored. When you tell the front desk they are like “yeah we know”.

Hot, uncomfortable, outdated
The A/C barely worked so only half our suite stayed barable. The cable on one of the TVs didn't work. The fridge was leaking all over the floor. The beds were very uncomfortable and the hide a bed was severely outdated and worn down.
The only highlight was the very friendly staff.
