Was nice but housekeeping didn’t do a good job making beds properly !! I didn’t look tidy , bedsheets were not changed even once during a 5 night trip.

Our one night stay was great & within walking distance from restaurant & downtown shops. Our room was spacious & clean! Enjoyed the Cabin Juice restaurant in the building as well. Would love to come back!

We stayed in one of the bunk bed rooms which was super fun for the kids! The restaurant breakfast was amazing- my husband loved the breakfast burrito and I did the standard breakfast. Everything was cooked well, high quality and a great portion. The staff was super friendly. There is a lot of air freshener on the room floors though- so if you are sensitive to smells, it is something to be aware of. The gym is one of the better hotel gyms I have seen. Very convenient location!

It was fine. The staff was not super friendly upon arrival, it had a really intense cologne smell in the entire hotel (being pumped on each floor by little diffusers), the remote didn’t work in the room, so no tv, the sauna is down and unavailable and the restaurant and bar are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (the days I was there). It was a fine place to stay for one night while passing through, I’d have been more upset with the hotel if I had booked it for a longer stay.

Caught the end of the beautiful fall foliage. Good hiking nearby. Lots of dining choices within walking distance. Hotel was clean and they kept you well supplied in hydration packets, which is needed due to the high altitude. I would go back to this hotel.

Such a great vibe at this hotel!! Devin at the front desk was awesome! Easy to park and get our cars. Hotel gym was fantastic! Full service coffee and such great seating areas to rest and recover. Super easy access to dining & shops. Highly recommend!

我们预订这家酒店就是冲着他们宣传的设施来的，结果办理入住时才被告知桑拿房和水疗中心已经停用一个多月了。入住前我收到酒店好几条信息，但都没有事先通知。
我们和酒店工作人员交涉时，他竟然侮辱了我的伴侣，还说他们对此无能为力。工作人员态度极其恶劣，说实话，我们真庆幸没住在这里，因为酒店比照片上看起来破旧得多，而且大多数房间都对着噪音很大的空调区。这家酒店实在没什么特别之处。
酒店干净整洁，地理位置优越——但服务略有不足
房间干净整洁，维护良好，但景色略显平淡。对于短期住宿来说，这已经很不错了。
入住时的接待服务令人失望：工作人员缺乏热情，一些小细节，例如食物散落一地、咖啡杯放在柜台上，都给酒店留下了不好的印象——这实在算不上专业。
停车问题是一个明显的缺点。该地区没有合理的免费过夜停车位。酒店虽然提供停车位，但价格昂贵。
总体而言，酒店干净整洁，位置便利，但在服务和停车价格方面仍有提升空间。
