The area felt very safe and the staff was nice. The rooms were clean except for a sticky patch on the window side of the bed. It is noisy from the highway and the breakfast could have been better. There was instant oatmeal, coffee/cocoa and granola bars and packed mini muffin.

Breakfast is a joke. Granola bars, blueberry muffins individual wrapped, ,oatmeal packets coffee. Not a real breakfast. Grab and go. Website says coffee and tea all day. Not true. They lock the door at 9:30am at breakfast. The police were at the hotel on two nights of the 4 we were there. .. you have to ask for everything you need. They don’t put dishes, dishcloths ect in kitchen and you don’t know it till you go to use it. Have to go to desk to get everything you need. The telephone in the room doesn’t work. Told them 2 times and nothing done so we couldn’t call the front desk. They didn’t care about it. Then no one at front desk. Had to ring bell and wait. Sheets on bed kept coming off bed. They didn’t fit properly. They only clean room if you’re there more than 7 days.

Just a bed......
Hotel is not as advertised. Says there is a pool..dont go if this is a must because they no loger have a pool. Says there is breakfast..again if this is a mist do not go they DO NOT serve breakfast. There is no glasses in the room for water. You must ask for them at the desk. We needed bedding for the pullout couch and could not reach the front desk for service. Went to the desk (8:30pm) desk clerk was asleep.... was not a 4 star hotel maybe close to a 2. Definitely not as advertised.

Room was very nice. Had a kitchen but there were no dishes, pots, etc. Could select what you needed at no cost at desk. People were very friendly at check in. Phone didn't work-told desk. Room was big with a queen bed.

Keeping up with the property
343 - the bathroom faucet handle came off while using. The bathroom looks to have been kicked in. We couldnt close it for privacy. Room is nice but showing lack of care. Needs touch up painting.
Overall nice place but if the rooms are not kept up you wont have a nice place much longer.

My trip was just ok too much noise hallway is dirty no room service bathroom was ok but my bathtub was dirty no properly sanitize or cleaned from the previous guests

Says there’s a pool but it’s no longer available. It’s filled with cement. I recommend taking the pool off the website. Other than that was a good stay and we enjoyed it.
