I extended my stay another 2 days and they insisted that I leave another deposit when there was already a deposit for the room.
When asking questions to better understand their policy I was basically threatened to be kicked out if I didn’ personally go to their office for processing… she kept yelling at me which was the most upsetting. I don’t recommend that hotel it’s just that bad

My stay would have been better if the staff better understood their guests and refrain from treating them with such disrespect. No one likes to be yelled at as a guest arriving from outside of Colorado.
Really all stems from a request for a deposit when the ******* websites specifically states that a deposit is not required if you pay fully when booking.

The staff was friendly but the room was dirty. Sheets had blood stains on them. Tv remote was DISGUSTING and soo crusty. Shower floor looked like it had poop on it.

非常好,对这次酒店住宿很满意。
老旧的公寓,窗帘上都是洞。卫生间马桶是坏的,没法冲水,电视也没遥控器,只能通过拔插头来关。不过空调很好用,淋浴也很棒,水压很足。床也很舒服。
Simi的房间脏乱不堪,客房服务人员根本不清洁踢脚线,也不清洁墙壁。被子里有塑料碎片,顶灯不亮,台面都裂了。
