Property was warn , carpet shabby and had holes in it. Looked like renovations we cheap quick fixes.

The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. Everything which is needed also for longer stay (e.g. couch, chairs, etc.) is there. Hence, also suited for longer stays while working entire time from room is really ok.
Staff is partially numb and appears disconnected, while others are very friendly and nice. It's an inconsistent experience.
The hotel is lacking maintenance and attention to detail. In the outside area and around the property the cleanliness is lacking (e.g. garbage here an there in the bushes, etc.).
In my first room, there was a cockroach in the batch room. After reporting it to reception, I was given another room. Which was good. Having cockroaches in rooms is nevertheless a clear sign that something is not well in the property.
The second room had a non-functioning dish washer (no water was coming). After reporting it to reception, they have sent someone and reported back that dish washer is working. Unfortunately, was not the case - same problem and I gave up. The kitchen appliances are rather a little older and - like the dishwasher - require potential renewal.
Breakfast is typical crap. Unhealthy and crappy food of low quality. Sometimes even served from plastic plates and plastic cutlery.

I like the location and hot breakfast. I don’t like the paid parking routine. It’s so very petty. In fact it is likely a reason NOT to stay at this venue. Go elsewhere. Too much of a hassle.

Great stay
We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had an amazing breakfast. Beautiful outdoor space with fire pit and pool.

We got a 2 bedroom suite. Even though they advertise on here that they have a 2 bed option in one of the bedrooms, they do not. So a bit of false advertising. The breakfast was fair - nothing amazing, but the staff kept it well stocked. The good: suite and bedrooms are a good size. And the layout was nice for sharing space. The full size fridge is really nice. The beds were comfortable and clean. The not so good: the hotel itself is a bit run down with worn carpets and a lot of wear and tear, the bathroom wasn’t super clean, the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent, and there was NO safe in the room. We were there for three nights but they only did housekeeping once. Overall, it worked for us but wasn’t anything special.

Loved our stay!
Amazing stay with the family! Breakfast was very good, the room was very big and comfortable. The only downside was the toilet paper holder that was broken, so the toilet paper kept falling on the floor… We used the pool, basketball court, all in very good condition. Very good location too!

酒店位置极佳，感觉安全便捷。房间设施略显陈旧，百叶窗坏了，而且污渍严重。厨房毛巾上沾满了污渍，空调的金属片从天花板垂下来，淋浴推拉门附近有小霉菌等等。房间布置得非常舒适，非常适合我们带两个孩子入住。早餐比较普通，看起来比吃起来好吃。不过，他们把早餐打扫得干干净净，而且储备充足。
酒店位置便利，靠近287号公路。房间设施齐全，厨房用品齐全。浴室宽敞，配有独立淋浴间和卫生间。我唯一的建议是枕头至少要是标准尺寸的，因为它们对于特大床来说太小了。床很舒服。
早餐很棒，他们在走道上看到我后，就给我安排了一间一楼带无障碍卫生间的房间。非常感谢这项服务。
