Room was obviously not cleaned before we went on. Dirty towels, sink had gross gunk in it, and there was an open bag of chips on the very sticky counter. Room smelled terrible and there was crap all over the shower head, as well as a hastily patched hole in the shower.

I realize this is a budget friendly chain, but the disrepair of the building is beyond anything I've experienced in your franchise. We stayed one night and asked for a refund for the remaining 2 nights. However, because we paid cash, we had to wait until Monday Morning. People traveling and visiting family don't want to have their time spent dealing with a substandard establishment. When I arrived on Monday to collect the refund I was greeted with a scoff, eye roll, and a no indicated head shake with a snide tone of "I'll just give you the money." I wasn't rude or loud. I was the customer inconvenienced to return to handle the refund. I won't appologize for your employee's inconvenience.

This hotel should be avoided at ALL costs. We had to check out because it was so dirty. No sign of it having been cleaned. Hair on the beds; residue of who knows what on the floors. No shower curtain, towels, or hand soap available in the room. No toilet paper. Asking for these basic things was an inconvenience to the staff. The room smelled foul. Staff showed zero interest at check in; and zero interest when we left due to the awful state of affairs. The building needs to be condemned. Stay elsewhere in Danville. Don't step foot in this place.

The room wasn't very clean, hallway floor looked like it hadnt been swept in days, bed was not comfortable, bathroom door was broken, only 1 towel for 2 people so had to go ask for more, no real breakfast to speak of, probably wouldnt have eaten it anyway with the overall cleanliness, just some prepackaged muffins, bagels and bread and a few little boxes of cereal

Terrible place, surley staff in the evening, dirty, stank of cigarettes throughout, breakfast mediocre,damaged bathroom door and refrigerator leaked water because it had been turned off,shower was damaged with missing parts and had cigarette burns on the bat edges.

Great place to stay if you love the smell of wacky ****. Even at 6:00 am when we checked out that was all you could smell. Room was in need of up date. bathroom door wouldnt close, holes worn in the carpet. Room was clean, just old and worn. only one towel in the room, had to go to the front desk for a second one. Breakfast was of few choices and the juce machine did not work.
