The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly.
Our vehicle was broken into along with several others in the parking lot. I feel the security is severely lacking.

We found a pair of men’s underwear in the pullout couch. That’s highly disturbing and the cleaning staff needs to be thorough. This immediately put a bad spin on the whole stay.

When I went to check in I had an issue with the front desk worker. He was rude threatened to cancel my stay and completely embarrassed me in front of another person staying at the hotel. He was so rude and just tried to belittle me. I had a conversation with the manager the next day. She apologized and made sure I knew she would address the issue. When I checked out this morning he was working the front desk. Not sure what type of discipline was done if I stayed 2 nights and the 2 day he's back to working. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.......

The room was perfect, although with a husband who was snorting I decided you sleep in the fold out bed, I don’t recommend it, felt the springs. They need a foam topping. Other than that great location, clean.

Good location, close to dining and access to interstate. Very quiet location. Room was next to lobby and was nosy all night. Slow check in process. Funny smell on sheets, not sure if it was smoke or something else.

Lots of parking, lights beside the bed were broken & had to be unplugged. Staff was good. Everything else was great
