The trip was great! The only downfall was the elevator ended up breaking down and something with the motor where the fire alarm went off, but there was no fire. Otherwise, it was a great day.

Hotel overall was clean and smelled nice. Beds comfy. Staff friendly. However no coffee maker in room. Only muffins and coffee for breakfast. Dining area closed. Pool and Hot tub covered and not accessible (mid 70s to 80s weather). Will call first if we stay here again to see if the amenities are truly available.

There were blood dots on my pillow cases on one of the bed and it was dusty in the room . Staff was nice beeakfast was yucky muffins . But in general was cleanon the surface definitely not a continental breakfast and no access to the pretty sitting area maybe low staff

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We stay here every trip to Cherokee. Plenty of parking and very secure

The rooms didn’t have a coffee maker and the toilet was real low,had a hard time getting up and the balcony were filthy

I was surprised how nice the hotel is because it’s a super 8, however when I arrived the system was shut down and I had to wait 2hours to get checked in. I got upset when I got my room and it was on the top floor and the elevator was not working so I had to walk up after a four hour drive.

Awesome place to stay
Breakfast was just a muffin and coffee or juice. But that was fine with us. We're not breakfast people very much. The room was comfortable ,clean and well stocked. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our trip. Will stay here again.
服务和住宿都非常好。就是枕头能再好点就完美了，床垫也该翻转一下了。因为人们经常坐在床边充电（靠近台灯），床垫那边都快塌陷了，差点从床上滑下来。
