Had 2 choices for rooms one the TV did not work or the other the refrigerator was broke.
The elevator was out of service so I had to carry all my luggage upstairs.i was very disappointed in this facility.

My family recently stayed at this property in Cherokee for a family outing. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The shower however was another story. The shower head needed to be changed and there was a loud squealing sound while the shower was running. Breakfast was muffins, coffee and juice. The snacks station downstairs was overpriced, and the drink cooler was empty. There was only one option to choose from. We probably won't stay at this property again.

Location is great. Friendly staff. Rooms were good. Only thing i didn't like was their breakfast was muffins and coffee and some juice. No waffles, fruit, eggs etc..

Clean room, comfortable beds, nice staff. Breakfast was only little muffins and coffee. A nice hotel like this should have a better breakfast. They had a huge breakfast area. It was blocked off with the counter hold the coffee and muffins.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and nice and surprisingly quiet even though another guest said it was noisy on the road side. We could not use the patio because there was a yellow jacket nest in the vicinity and they were flying around everywhere. We didn't get breakfast but know they had it available. We would not mind staying there again. The river near by with the walkway is lovely.

All is good, only the cleaning can be done with less cloring or what they used to clean, the room had that smell very strong, breakfast can be done in the eating place with some tables and chairs, and also maybe some fruits, for the price we pay can be a bit more choices for breakfast. Staff was wonderful.
服务和住宿都非常好。就是枕头能再好点就完美了，床垫也该翻转一下了。因为人们经常坐在床边充电（靠近台灯），床垫那边都快塌陷了，差点从床上滑下来。
